I like to post up in Whistler for the springtime and try to film some pow before the weather finally flips. Seems like the last few years, the spring temperatures hit earlier and earlier. Luckily, we still got some good cycles of pow before hanging it up and getting into skate mode. I base out of Squamish most of the time and head to Vancouver during the long grey weather windows. It’s getting hard to find new spots out there, but it is still worth the grind. I like putting away the jib board for a minute and staying in one place for an extended period without having to worry about chasing down the next urban storm system. Sometimes we get lucky and the skatepark dries out for a quick roll between film days, if we aren’t to beasted from the early wake ups and long hours in the alpine.
