In Colorado, at Copper Mountain, they still have a full blown terrain park including boxes, rails, quarter pipe, and three jumps, including one with an air bag. On July 14, 2014, Sage Kotsenburg, Men’s Slopestyle Olympic gold medalist, took some time out of his busy career to visit the Woodward Copper campers. All the campers were really stoked to get on and off snow instruction, selfies, and autographs from an Olympic gold medalist. Sage and the campers were not the only people on the snow, as well. Over two days, there were appearances from riders of the Burton Knowbuddy team, Alex Andrews, and riders from a local snowboard company called Nightmare.
