It’s the second week of April and sadly, resorts across North America are beginning to shut down their lifts for the season. Luckily, though, no mountain goes out without a bang and closing day rail jams and events are rampant from New England to the Northwest. But don’t worry, there are still plenty of towropes and quads still rumbling uphill and that means there’s plenty of time to strap in and point your board downhill to get as much out of the 2013-14 season as possible. Enjoy this week’s collection of photos from parks across the country and whether you’re preparing a pilgrimage to the mountain this weekend or living vicariously through these wintery images, make sure to #thankaparkranger for all of this season’s terrain park turns.
