Salt Lake City shredders descended upon the Depot Saturday night for a showing of STANCE, 2009's much anticipated chick flick. Local musician Caroline Bybee warmed up the crowd with an acoustic set as festivities kicked off with some casual mingling at the bar. On hand were loads of fans, many of the video stars, as well as the current keepers of the all-girl video torch, director Jeremy Miller and producer Stan Evans, a.k.a. JMills Ent. The film's standout rider (and first ever girl to claim 2 ending parts), Raewyn Reid, even made a special trip down from Canada for the occasion, bringing along her proud papa to help ease tensions at the US border.

After the crowd had enough meeting and greeting the lights dimmed and the show began. The impressive mix of beautiful footage and A grade action was a big hit with the audience, who gave the movie their undivided attention and lots of hoots and hollers. After the film, like the ceremonial tossing of a bouquet, screen starlets Raewyn Reid, Erin Comstock, and Hana Beaman threw product out to a large crowd of eager girls. The 2 snowmobiles that guarded either side of the stage like lions at an alter were sadly not included in the product toss. The party didn't stop there as Dj's Nickel and Dime kept the dance floor bumping and bar dwellers happy until the wee hours of the morning.
