When 1620s are stomped clean and easy first drop, the bar has been set for a very intense power hour of snowboarding. Under the lights on Friday, January 29th, eight of snowboarding’s most preeminent jump connoisseurs threw down in front of a packed crowd. Fourteens and sixteens were mandatory to make it into the top ranking with Canadian Max Parrot landing the first-in-competition 1800 to seal his fate as the gold medalist of America’s Navy Big Air at X Games Aspen 2016.
