After testing many camber and reverse camber boards he chose to go with an ideal camber for his riding style, which is Zero Camber. Stepchild also added Kevlar re-enforcements to the core. The Kevlar re-enforcements prevent the board from "noodling out" on high impact landings and high speed turns and is still flexible on 5-0's or presses. The core consists of tip to tail Poplar and Beech wood. This is a high end pro model board with Triaxial glass and a speedy structurn base. The JP board also has 28 insert for maximum stance options.
