HOLDEN Makes Outdoor Retailer Winter Market Debut With Expanded 2013 Fall/Winter Collection

LOS ANGELES – January 17, 2013 – Holden Outerwear is proud to announce that it will
be attending the Outdoor Retailer Winter Market in Salt Lake City, Utah, for the first time
Jan. 23-26, 2013.  The decision to exhibit is in response to market demand and the
brand's commitment to extend its presence and awareness among new consumers.
Over the last few seasons, Holden has seen a spike in interest from outdoor buyers, and
showing at OR was a logical step to make it easier for those buyers to do business with the
brand.  The increased desire to carry Holden is a result of the shift in the market with ski,
snowboard and outdoor lifestyle consumers now demanding more progressive style and
functional fashion.  Holden has been leading this movement for over 10 years and answers
the demand from consumers looking for fashion-forward goods with an eco-friendly
