Québec City, December 15, 2015 – The Stairsmaster video contest presented by O'Neill is back for a fourth edition! The competition's final will take place during the Jamboree presented by Vidéotron Mobile from February 12th to 14th.
10 pro-snowboarders invited
Alex Cantin from snowboard movie Déjà Vu has once again picked 10 of the best streeriding athletes for this 4th edition of the PRO Stairsmaster category. Aidan Flanagan (Minneapolis, MS), Mammouth Durette (Matane, Québec), Mike Liddle (Minneapolis, MN), Jesse Augustinus (Brunssum, Netherlands), Nic Roy (Chicoutimi, Québec), Sébastien Picard (Lévis, Québec), Kai Ujejski (Whistler, BC) and Gab Jacques (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Rochelle,Québec), JJ Westbury (Calgary, AB) and Atsushi Hasegawa (Japan) will strut their stuff in the heart of the city with a video clip filmed during this season. Videos will then be judged by Québec riders from Déjà Vu, with $10,000 going to the overall winner in this category.
Amateur riders also invited
Urban freestyle enthusiasts are also invited to enter the Open category. They have until January 24th to send in their 1-minute video after which social media will work its magic to determine the most popular videos with the top 3 moving on to the final. The judges will than determine an overall winner who will be announced at the grand final and awarded $500. The rider with the most votes on social media will also win a $500 prize. Also, all Stairsmaster contestants, freeskiers and snowboarders alike, are invited to use the hashtag #stairsmaster for a chance to win $1000 as a reward for the most social athlete.

The inaugural Red Bull ReDirect free-ski competition will kick off the weekend schedule on February 12th.
