Marcus Kleveland Injured at Dew Tour—Will Miss Slopestyle Finals

Marcus Kleveland unfortunately went down in practice a few days ago and updated the world via Instagram. With the Men’s Slopestyle Finals going down tomorrow, he will notably be missing from the pack. His message below:

“Well my Dew Tour didn't go quite as planned. Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad fall yesterday during practice where I came off a rail early and launched directly into another rail. My knee took the full impact and I broke my knee cap. I had surgery last night and that went really well so I'm now on my road to recovery. Obviously I'm really bummed, but I'm focusing on the positive and my rehab and I can't wait to get back on my board! I want to send a very special thanks to Dr. Tom Hacket and his staff at the Steadman Clinic along with everyone at the Vail Health Facility for taking such good care of me during my stay! Also want to say a huge thanks to Lars and Stian for all their help and all my fans, sponsors, family and friends for all the support! I can't wait to see everyone back on the hill!” – Marcus via Instagram

Heal up quick Marcus! We will see you back on hill soon.
