ThirtyTwo and Crab Grab stick together

DENVER (Jan. 31, 2013) – ThirtyTwo and Crab Grab are two rider-owned and rider-driven snowboarding brands that are sticking together with a collaboration for next winter.  The ThirtyTwo x Crab Grab collaboration includes apparel, accessories and the iconic best-selling Lashed boot.

"This is the first Crab Grab collaboration project ever, and we are honored to be working with ThirtyTwo.  These are the boots you will find on the diggers sweating on Mt. Hood each summer, the kids freezing in Minnesota each winter, and on our feet as we test our traction every chance we get." Preston Strout, Crab Grab Creator

Do you think Crab Grab traction is almost better than bindings?  Watching ThirtyTwo and Crab Grab team riders Scotty Stevens and Brandon Hobush pull one-footers with their Crab Grab traction sure makes snowboarding look twice as fun.

Crab Grab is a small brand that recalls the days when a man was measured by his method, not the number of flips he can do off one jump.  The brand exists to make simple, functional traction products in hopes to inspire snowboarders to create – while never abandoning style.

About Crab Grab:

Crab Grab is a small family brand that makes traction and grip for snowboards.  The brand is based in Portland, OR from September to May and then on Mt. Hood from June to August. Crab Grab hopes to inspire snowboarders to make every grab count, and to put an end to foot slippage forever.

Perhaps someday Crab Grab will have an office, an 800 number, and real business hours. Until then: bear with us. We produce limited runs of our products – so get 'em while they’re hot.
