Snow fell in Whistler Village the entire day yesterday and brought a fresh 18cms/7 inches over the past 24 hours to Whistler Blackcomb's Pig Alley weather station located on Whistler Mountain at 1,650 metres. The freezing level peaked this morning but is dropping back down this afternoon, delivering a 60 per cent chance of flurries tomorrow, as forecasted by Environment Canada.
Whistler Mountain is scheduled to open on November 19 with five lifts running. Guests can upload at 8:30am on the Creekside Gondola or the Whistler Village Gondola. Other chairs running will include Bid Red Express, Emerald Chair and Franz's Chair.
