The Cold Front Tour Tries Its Luck In Reno—Photo Recap

The second to last stop! We hate to see it end, but we are all pretty ready to trade in the screenings for bindings and get back out there. And it looks like we will get our wish as pockets of snow are starting to fall across the states. As far as a Reno recap, we couldn’t have had a better time. Just steps away from the famous arch, the crowd intensely watched the latest offerings in the “feature-length” department of snowboard media. Driving down from Tahoe and up from god-knows-where in the desert, the Reno scene packed the venue downtown with friends new and old… and stayed until we were kicked out. Beta, Kamikazu, and The Future of Yesterday went off without a hitch, and popcorn was free for all. Some of us may have forgotten our phone chargers in our hotel rooms (whoever stayed in room 740 at the Whitney Hotel the next day scored), but all-in-all, it was a successful trip.

We doubled-down on this photo because why not? We were in Reno. p: Clavin

Huge thanks to everyone that made the trip! And a huge thanks to Ikon Pass, Dragon Alliance, and 10 Barrel for putting on this whole shindig. The next stop will be our last, and it is sure to be a doozy. See you all in San Diego (and then hopefully on hill)!
