2017 has started off with a bang, or rather, multiple bangs as avy bombs have been echoing across mountains all over North America as storm after storm just keeps coming. Both the west and the east have been getting snow and park crews all over have been digging out, pushing, and setting up. There’s no better way to start off a new year and early winter season with plenty of snow as this means park builds will continue far into spring. Whether your local hill is blanketed in fresh snow or covered in corduroy, here’s a look at what to expect as you head to the mountains this weekend.
