Anna Gasser continues her dominating slopestyle streak with a big win at the 2018 Winter Dew Tour at Breckenridge, Colorado. Riders were treated with blue skies, mild temperatures, and premium course conditions again on Friday for the Slopestyle final–setting competitors up for strong performances across the board. This year’s Slopestyle competition has been broken into two individual segments, beginning with a jump section, and culminating with a jib section.

On the jumps, Anna took a strong lead with a high score of 96.67 on her third run. Following close behind, Jamie Anderson and Silje Norendal capped out the top three on the jump section with an 86.33 and 85.33 respectively–also on each of their third runs.

When it came down to the rails, Enni Rukajarvi stole the top spot after putting down a 92.00 on her first run. Julia Marino snagged second on the rails, with a flat 90.00 on her third run, while Spencer O’Brien capped out the jib podium with an 84.00 on her second run.

Once the scores between both sections were tallied, Anna Gasser’s combined score of 177.67 easily secured her the top spot of the day. Julia Marino’s impressive performance on the rails coupled with her jump section earned her a combined score of 170.66 and narrowly secured her second place, while Enni Rukajarvi snuck in just behind for third with a combined score of 169.67.
