Sunny skies and mild temperatures continued on Sunday for the women’s modified pipe final, rounding out what was one of the best weather weekends for Dew Tour in recent memory. Defending champion, Chloe Kim, continued her dominating presence in the pipe with an exceptionally strong run that incorporated both massive airs and technical spins. Chloe came out of the gate fast, putting down a 94.67 on her first run and immediately separating herself from the rest of the field.

Following behind Chloe, Maddie Mastro came back from a fall on her first run to clinch second place on her third and final run with an 88.00. The podium was rounded out with Queralt Castellet snagging third place with an 85.33 on her second run. All in all, the revamped modified pipe course proved to challenge riders and promote creative approaches from all competing riders and will be interesting to watch develop further in coming years. Congratulations to Chloe, Maddie, and Queralt.
