The Cold Front Tour: Denver—The Future of Yesterday U.S. Premiere
We finally saw snow! As the Cold Front Tour pulled into Denver this past weekend, so did a literal cold front. With a bit of snow falling as Beta’s credits rolled, patrons attending the fourth stop of the tour spilled into the street and were greeted by precipation on their way home. Just like the past few stops, it was a blur of friends and strangers packing inside to celebrate the start of the season, with this list including Nik Baden, Kazu Kokubo, and plenty more family and friends.
New for the Denver stop, 10 Barrel brought out all the stops with three pop-up screens located around the bar so everyone could boast that they had the best angle. Adding to the runsheet that included Kamikazu and The SNOWBOARDER Movie: Beta, the U.S. premiere of The Future of Yesterday starring Halldor Helgason, Ethan Morgan, Tor Lundstrom, Kevin Backstrom, Ulrik Badertscher, Max Buri, and Eiki Helgason went off! Director of the new movie, Theo Muse, was in the house to intro his film on American soil, and by all accounts, Yankees approve. Huge thanks to 10 Barrel for having us, as well as Ikon Pass and Dragon with the support! If that party was any indication of the actual season, we can’t wait to touch down again and head into the mountains of CO with this group!
Next stop, MINNEAPOLIS! Adidas will be hosting the world premiere of BLENDER, the Tommy Gesme signature project, at the next stop, as well as a special premiere of HOUSE CALL ONLY’s latest treat. See you there!
